When in WILDFIT Spring, this is my go-to breakfast. Or simply, when I feel low on energy. It is delicious, high in omega-3s, vitamins Bs and D and comes together in 6,5 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 boiled egg to your liking (I like it semi-soft)
50g smoked salmon, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 sweet onion, chopped finely
dill
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cook the egg, chop the onion and the dill, slice the avocado put things nicely on a plate and you are ready to eat. Simple.
