My Alkagizer

So, those of you who have done the WildFit 90-day challenge will know this smoothie as one of the fundamentals of the WildFit living. I absolutely love it: the taste, the texture, but most importantly how it makes me feel. It's your daily greens in one delicious, creamy and super nutritious smoothie. Start your day with this, instead of a coffee. You are welcome.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups spinach (or kale or any green leafy veggie)

  • 4 stalks of celery

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1 avocado

  • 0,6l water (or as much as you like)


Method:

Chop the greens roughly and throw them in your Vitamix: water first, then spinach, cucumbers, celery and avocado. You can of course use any other blender, but texture is key here, so use a really powerful one to make this into a smooth cream of green goodness. Enjoy!


Options: add ginger, a pinch of cayenne or a drop of lemon juice to spice things up!
