It literally goes with everything: meat, fish, salads...
Makes approximately 300ml of sauce.
Ingredients:
200ml sugarfree mayonaise
100ml vegan yoghurt (I use coconut yoghurt)
half a bunch of coriander roughly chopped
half a bunch of dill roughly chopped
1 jalapeño pepper chopped (leave the seeds in if you like spicy)
1-2 tsp of lemon juice
salt to taste
Method:
Mix everything in a blender and pour it over anything! Yummy.
