Choco-coco energy balls


Makes 24 yummy balls.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups walnuts

180 g date paste

1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

5 tbsp raw cocoa powder

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbs water



Instructions:

Put walnuts in the food processor and chop until coarse. Add the date paste and mix until combined. Put the mixture in a bowl, add the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, coconut oil and water and mix until you get a rough dough.

Make small balls (I use a small ice-cream scoop), roll in shredded coconut (or cocoa powder) and put them in the freezer for at least 30 mins. Heaven.
